There are many ways to support our mission — whether you prefer hands-on
involvement, event planning, sharing information in your community, or volunteering from home. Training and support are provided for all roles.
Class Volunteers
Assist instructors and support members by helping with setup and clean-up during exercise classes. (Ideal for exercise professionals, allied health students, and anyone passionate about fitness and connection.)
Pickleball Committee
Help plan and support our annual signature fundraising event in April, logistics, sponsorships, marketing & more.
DIY Fundraising
Host your own fundraiser to support CFMC programs, happy hours, car washes, bake sales. Turn your favorite hobby into a fundraising event!
Center Volunteers
Greet and check in members, assist with administrative tasks, and help prepare the studio for classes and events.
Virtual Volunteers
Write handwritten notes, help create social media content, set up Facebook fundraisers, or assist with digital tasks — from anywhere.
Community Outreach
Represent CFMC at community events, health fairs, and presentations — be a voice for movement, hope, and wellness.
Healthcare Provider Outreach
Deliver brochures and build relationships with clinics, neurologists, and therapy offices to expand access to resources.
